Adventure and survival games are a trend on Roblox, and many titles have received recognition. One of the games that has gained attention is A Dusty Trip. Developed by Jandel’s Road Trip, the game was released in February 2024. Since then, it has attracted over 1.6 billion visits and currently boasts an active player base of over 8K.
The core gameplay involves assembling a vehicle (like a van or sedan) from parts to travel across an endless, randomly generated desert landscape. This article will explain the brand-new Pocket Change update in A Dusty Trip.
A Dusty Trip New Update Guide
The Pocket Change update has brought some new additions to the game, including a new gun, a free airdrop, and more. Let’s take a look.
New Gun – Sticky Grenade Launcher
A new weapon called the Sticky Grenade Launcher was added to the game. As the name suggests, you can launch grenades with the gun. The grenades stick to enemies’ bodies and explode. However, this doesn’t deal the most damage. It takes roughly two hits to kill a basic mutant.
New Airdrop Grenade
Another new item introduced is the Airdrop Grenade. To use it, press F to pick it up, then click to activate it. Once it hits the ground, it emits green smoke, signaling an airplane that soon arrives to drop a crate (it takes a few seconds to drop and settle on the ground). These crates may contain gas, weapons, ammo, and other supplies. Press F to open the crates.
New POI – Bunker
A new Point of Interest (POI) has been added, located at 7200 meters (this location may change) on the Plains map. This POI is a bunker that does not require any special codes to enter. Players can simply push the door to access it. Inside, the bunker may contain basic mutants, which players must defeat using weapons like guns, melee weapons, or dynamite. Once cleared, players can explore the bunker to find loot, including items such as food, fuel, car parts, or weapons.
