How To Repair Your Equipment in Dune Awakening

The world of Dune Awakening is full of threats, both from bandits and other players. So, you need to stay prepared if you want to face these adversaries head-on. One of the worst things that can happen in the heat of battle is your equipment or weapons breaking down, leaving you defenseless. That’s why you will want to repair any of the damaged items or equipment as soon as possible.

However, you can’t simply go into your inventory and hit a button to repair items in the game. Instead, you’ll have to follow a significant process to even unlock the ability to repair items. In this guide, we’ll explain how you repair equipment in Dune Awakening.

Researching and Building a Repair Station

You will not be able to repair your items from the very beginning of the game. After you’ve constructed the sub-fief, you can finally head into your Research Menu and begin researching a Repair Station. Keep in mind that you will need at least three Intel Points to research the schematic for this tool. You can find the Repair Station schematic under the Construction tab of your Research Menu.

After researching the schematic, it’s time to finally fabricate the Research Station. For that, you will need to collect 40x Iron Ingots. You don’t get these ingots directly out in the world. Instead, you will be able to collect Iron ore. Once you have enough Iron ore in your possession, use a Small Ore Refinery to process the ores into Iron Ingots.

When you have the 40x Iron Ingots, you can finally construct the Repair Station in the game.

How To Repair Equipment in Dune Awakening

After the Repair Station is up and running, simply interact with it to open the Repair Menu. You can select the items and weapons you want to repair from here. However, you will need certain resources to go through with the repair job. If you have the ingredients necessary, click on ‘Repair Item.’

You will also need to repair your vehicles and sub-fief from time to time. These items are much easier to repair. You simply need a welding torch to repair your vehicles. On the other hand, the Construction Tool helps repair your structures.
