You can loot the Sparkle Hands from the chest (X:94 Y:212) in Putrid Bog during Act 1. Here is a short overview of how to get the Sparkle Hands:
- Act 1: Complete Prologue and progress until you reach Act 1
- Head North to reach Emerald Grove, then west through the bridge to Blighted Village, and then south to the swamps. (check the map for reference.)
- Defeat the Wood Woads.
- Loot the chest next to the giant trunk and Get the Sparkle Hands. (X:94 Y:212)
After you start Act 1 in Rivington Village, buy and get the Sparkle Hands and go straight north. As indicated on the map above, travel west from Druid Grove and then south of Blighted Village to reach the swamps known as Putrid Bog. On a small island with a large, old tree, you’ll encounter four Wood Woads and Ancient Mud Mephits. Defeat them; this battle shouldn’t present a significant challenge.
