In this guide, we shall go over how to find the Deep Desert in Dune Awakening, a special endgame area in the game.

Dune Awakening throws you into an alternate reality version of Arrakis – one where Paul Atreides wasn’t born. Therefore, the events of the story changed drastically with the Duke surviving his assassination, and thereby escalating the Atreides/Harkonnen conflict. The conflict is dangerous, and the game expects you to use your skill to navigate it, along with other dangers that the planet presents.
While the planet has plenty of challenges to tackle, none come close to the challenge of facing other players. Dune Awakening has a robust PvP mode. The mode’s full potential comes alive in the Deep Desert. The Deep Desert is an endgame region designed with PvP in mind. This area is Arrakis at its best, with friendly fire turned off and every man for himself. The desert has open PvP enabled, allowing you to fight other players at any time.
Apart from PvP, the Deep Desert also has plenty of secrets to uncover, all of which will inevitably direct you towards powerful endgame gear. This is one of the most challenging areas to master, and it is somehow even harder to find. The area is tucked away on a corner of the map, making it difficult to find for many.
If you’re reaching the endgame of Dune Awakening and wish for a step up in challenge, you need to head to the Deep Desert. If you can’t find it, we’re here to help. In this guide, we shall go over how to find the Deep Desert in Dune Awakening.

As stated earlier, the Deep Desert is an endgame area in Dune Awakening. To get to the endgame desert, you’ll need the Ornithopter.
You can assemble this aircraft by crafting the necessary parts. These parts include Scout Ornithopter Hull Mk4, Scout Ornithopter Cockpit Mk4, Scout Ornithopter Engine Mk4, and more. Alternatively, you can also purchase these parts from faction vendors after reaching Level 4 with a faction.
Once you have the Ornithopter, head to the northernmost end of the Western/Eastern Shield Wall. As you approach the edge of the map, you will see a large blue forcefield barrier. Cross the barrier, and the game will notify you that you’re traveling to the World Map. Click on the Deep Desert button on the World Map to enter the endgame area.
